By accessing or using FlyerBoard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Using FlyerBoard in any way means you accept these terms. This includes browsing campaigns, creating an account, or distributing flyers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FlyerBoard. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If we discover you are under 18, your account will be immediately suspended and any pending payouts may be withheld.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate and current information
Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication when available to keep your account secure.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant FlyerBoard a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion.

Your flyer designs, photos, and campaign details remain yours. We only use them to run the platform and show your campaigns to workers.

⚠️6.Disclaimers

FlyerBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of user-posted content and are not responsible for transactions or interactions between users.

⚡Important

While we provide GPS verification tools, final quality assurance of distribution work is the responsibility of the campaign owner.

🛡️7.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyerBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

🚫8.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

⚡Important

If your account is terminated for a violation, any pending payouts may be reviewed before release. Legitimate earned funds will still be paid out.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
