Staying Safe on the Job
Stay Aware of Surroundings
Be alert when distributing flyers. Avoid wearing headphones so you can hear what’s happening around you. Stick to well-lit, populated areas and keep your phone charged and accessible at all times.
Follow Campaign Instructions
Stick to your assigned distribution zones and use the methods specified by the campaign. Respect property rules and any restrictions outlined in the campaign brief. If instructions seem unclear, ask before proceeding.
Respect Property & People
Never post flyers on private property without explicit permission. Be polite and courteous to everyone you encounter. Avoid blocking walkways, doorways, or driveways when placing materials.
Avoid Unsafe Areas
Skip any location that feels unsafe—trust your instincts. Never distribute alone at night, and always plan your route in advance. Let someone know your planned route before heading out.
Document Everything
Take clear, well-lit photos of every placement as proof of completion. Make sure GPS is enabled on your device so locations are recorded accurately. Upload your proof promptly after each distribution session.
Contact Support if Needed
Report any issues immediately through the in-app support channel. Our team is available around the clock to help resolve problems. If you are ever in immediate danger, call emergency services first.
When to Stop and Report
Stop distributing immediately and report through the app if you experience any of the following:

- !A property owner asks you to leave their premises
- !Campaign instructions seem incorrect, misleading, or unethical
- !Weather conditions become dangerous (storms, extreme heat, icy roads)
